Web Direct isn't working

If Web Direct isn't working (URL: https://{{your_subdomain}}.fmcloud.fm/fmi/webd/)

1. Make sure that your hosting plan includes Web Direct. Our Starter plan does not include Web Direct, although we let our customers activate it temporarily for testing purpose. If you have a Starter plan, contact us to upgrade
2. Sign it to the Admin Console https://{{your_subdomain}}.fmcloud.fm/admin-console, open the tab Connectors / Web Publishing and make sure that the two switches ("FileMaker Web Direct" and "Primary machine" are on. If you have to turn them on, wait a fews moments (30 seconds) to make sure that the Primary machine one does not switch back off.
